Dopo quasi 3 anni, di 3 pratiche sono tornati 0 euro.
E dire che una è una ditta individuale, e quindi con molte speranze di recupero.
Altra azienda, in una visura di quasi 3 anni fà compare fusa/incorporata con altra società ancora attiva. Dopo mia richiesta di aggiornamento (2 giorni fà) mi hanno comunicato di aver provato ad andarci. Peccato che hanno provato alla vecchia sede ! (e riportato che vi erano solo commercialisti che non seguivano più la società, peccato che anche i debitori sono proprio commercialisti).

And to say that one is an individual firm, and therefore with much hope of recovery.
Another company, in a nearly 3 year old visa, appears to be merged / incorporated with another still active company. After my request for updates (2 days ago) they told me they tried to go there. Too bad they tried the old seat! (and reported that there were only accountants who no longer followed the company, too bad that even the debtors are just accountants).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ servizio efficente e puntuale, erano quattro anni che ero in attesa di ricevere del denaro per un servizio senza riuscire ad incassare, dopo quattro mesi mi e' stato recuperato quanto a me dovuto.
Unico problema riscontrato è che le relazioni sull'andamento della pratica devono essere richieste, però ti avvisano prima su come fare ed una volta chieste sono veloci e puntuali nell'inviarle. molto soddisfatto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace per la ditta che potra' essere anche brava nel recupero ma mai mi affidero' a colui che ci ha contattato poco fa! Maleducato e si e' permesso di "mettere" giu' la chiamata dandomi del maleducato perche' avevo affermato che senza alcuna garanzia di riuscita non avrei firmato alcun incarico a loro. Non vi ho cercato io pertanto quando mandate gente a parlare di voi valutate chi mandate!!

Si sono presentati benissimo ma nella realtà sono totalmente inaffidabili .. dopo aver incassato i soldi hanno cambiato faccia . Nessuna assistenza nessuna seriata e sono estremamente maleducati . Sconsigliato .
Absolutely not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono solo soldi BUTTATI, quando devono vendere il contratto dicono che fanno attività dirette sul cliente ecc ecc, invece si limitano a fare un paio di telefonate, e poi dicono che il cerdito NON è recuperabile, hanno fatto questo su diverse pratiche che gli ho affidato allo stesso momento, non l'avessi mai fatto, consilgio di stare alla larga per non buttare soldi
they are just THROW money, when they have to sell the contract they say that they do direct activities on the customer etc etc, instead they just make a couple of phone calls, and then they say that the asset is NOT recoverable, they did this on different practices that I entrusted to them at the same time, if I had never done it, I recommend staying away so as not to waste money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto mi riguarda, dopo aver tentato il recupero di alcuni insoluti con un'altra azienda, la mia fiducia era a zero; si sono proposti di farmi pagare solo a soldi incassati, segno di professionalità, direi. Una fattura su due mi è stata recuperata e con una parte di quei soldi ho aperto altre 3 procedure: risultato: oggi mi hanno saldato un altro insoluto di 8 anni fa. Erano soldi che avevo dato per persi, invece.... Si muovono con professionalità, quindi a questo punto, non mi stupirei se qualcos'altro dovesse rientrare. Io li consiglio vivamente!
As for me, after trying to recover some outstanding payments with another company, my confidence was zero; they proposed to make me pay only with money collected, a sign of professionalism, I would say. One invoice out of two was recovered from me and with part of that money I opened 3 other procedures: result: today they paid me another unpaid one from 8 years ago. It was money that I had given up for lost, instead .... They move with professionalism, so at this point, I wouldn't be surprised if something else were to come back. I highly recommend them!
