Ho chiesto esplicitamente di non volere troppe creme sui capelli poiché ho un problema di cute grassissima. Preferisco quindi avere un pochino di più le punte secche anziché risultare untuosa ed essere costretta a lavarmi i capelli dopo due giorni. Purtroppo la mia richiesta non è stata bene accolta anzi volevano a tutti i costi obbligarmi a mettere la crema termoprotettore prima dell asciugatura e oltre il fatto di prendersela me l hanno fatta anche pagare. A fine asciugatura si sono messe in due a tirarmi i capelli con violenza facendomi male e dicendo che era colpa mia perché non avevo messo la crema. Anche se fosse stato vero penso che una cliente vada comunque rispettata nella sua scelta di non volere troppe creme sui capelli e non può essere in nessun modo obbligata a fare il contrario come hanno cercato di fare loro senza rispetto e con fare maleducato Pessime. Non tornerò mai più. BAD EXPERIENCE. Today was my first time in this salon and I was treated very badly by the arrogant and rude staff. I explicitly asked not to want too many creams on my hair as I have a very fat skin problem. So I prefer to have a little more dry ends rather than being oily and being forced to wash my hair after two days. Unfortunately my request was not well received indeed they wanted at all costs to force me to put the heat protection cream before drying and besides taking it they also made me pay for it. At the end of the drying, they took two to pull my hair violently, hurting me and saying it was my fault because I hadn't put the cream on. Even if it were true, I think that a customer should still be respected in her choice of not wanting too many creams on her hair and she cannot in any way be obliged to do the opposite as they tried to do without respect and with rude behavior. I will never go back.
