Senza dettagli sulla spedizione, con risposte vaghe dal responsabile cercato al telefono (comunque cordiale), con 2 mail senza risposta e tornate indietro (destinatario inesistente! Preso eppure dal sito ufficiale). Dopo averle provate tutte, anche i social, avevo tutto pronto per iniziare l'indomani la richiesta di rimborso via banca per frode e-commerce, dato che ve ne erano tutte le premesse.
Cercherò ora di godermi i prodotti ma l'esperienza di vendita non è stata buona.
Product received, but after 6 weeks. Without details on the shipment, with vague answers from the manager searched on the phone (however friendly), with 2 unanswered emails and go back (recipient does not exist! Taken yet from the official website). After trying them all, even the social networks, I had everything ready to start the refund request via bank for e-commerce fraud the next day, given that all the conditions were there.
I will now try to enjoy the products but the sales experience was not good.
