Entrando nel posto ho visto un ristorante intimo, pulito, elegante, apparecchiato con terza forchetta. Piacevolmente sorpreso, iniziano a servirci antipasti crudi (ostrica, tartare di tonno aromatizzata e gambero rosso - tutto ottimo), antipasti cotti (tonno in teriaki, fette di tonno con burrata, salmone, mazzancolla fritta e alici marinare - tutto ottimo), accompagnato da un vino che ho scelto io (Satrico). Il pezzo forte a mio avviso sono stati i ravioli di cernia: sublimi. Per secondo ombrina con contorno di patate al forno, funghi porcini e cicoria ripassata. Come dessert brownie con gelato alla crema. Do 5 stelle per il posto, la cucina e soprattutto il personale che, almeno per l'occasione, era in completo, caloroso senza essere invadente, accorti e composti. La posizione, inoltre, è una chicca: su Piazza Calipso a Ostia, una piazza curata, con palme un pavè curato e un'area relax al centro. Pleasantly surprised, they begin to serve us raw appetizers (oyster, flavored tuna tartare and red shrimp - all excellent), cooked appetizers (tuna in teriaki, slices of tuna with burrata, salmon, fried shrimp and marinated anchovies - all excellent), accompanied by a wine that I chose (Satrico). The highlight in my opinion were the grouper ravioli: sublime. For second, croaker with a side dish of baked potatoes, porcini mushrooms and sautéed chicory. For dessert brownie with cream ice cream. I give 5 stars for the place, the cuisine and above all the staff who, at least for the occasion, were in complete, warm without being intrusive, alert and composed. The location is also a gem: on Piazza Calipso in Ostia, a well-kept square, with palm trees, a well-kept cobblestone and a relaxation area in the center. Super recommended

Sarò venuta a mangiare in questo ristorante circa 6-7 volte ed ogni volta è sempre meglio. Location elegante, curata nei dettagli, arredata benissimo. Personale super professionale e molto preparato, è un ristorante gestito da 2 fratelli e dalla mamma e si vede che dietro c'è stato un grande impegno e tanto studio. Loro stessi la mattina vanno a prendere il pesce freschissimo, infatti alcuni piatti del menù cambiano in base al pescato del giorno. Solitamente portano un prosecco di bevenuto, io vi consiglio l'antipasto Dea Calipso, ovvero svariate portate di frutti di mare, cozze, salmone marinato, ecc..., poi come crudi la tartare di tonno calabrese con cipollina e peperoncino (potete chiederla anche non piccante come faccio io), come primi vi consiglio spaghetti con vongole e bottarga, o anche un primo allo scoglio, di secondi ho adorato il tonno scottato con cipollina caramellata e sesamo, poi tonno al pesto di pistacchi e più volte ho ordinato anche la frittura mista, nonostante io non mangi le cose fritte ma loro la fanno talmente tanto delicata che non mi ha mai dato fastidio il loro fritto, non so quale sia il loro segreto ma hanno uno chef fortissimo!! I dolci sono tutti eccezionali, c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta e per mio gusto personale ho scelto la cheesecake.. super consigliata! Per quanto riguarda i vini dipende dal periodo, ma consiglio la Falanghina (quest anno molto vellutata) e la Coda di volpe (molto fruttato). Prezzi ONESTI, ogni giorno fanno il pienone quindi vi consiglio di prenotare sempre!! It is confirmed as the best restaurant in all of Rome, if not all of Italy. Super professional and very prepared staff, it is a restaurant run by 2 brothers and their mother and you can see that behind it there was a great commitment and a lot of study. They themselves go in the morning to get the freshest fish, in fact some dishes on the menu change according to the catch of the day. Usually they bring a prosecco di bevegio, I recommend the starter Dea Calipso, that is various courses of seafood, mussels, marinated salmon, etc ..., then as raw the Calabrian tuna tartare with chives and chilli (you can also ask for it not spicy as I do), as first courses I recommend spaghetti with clams and bottarga, or even a first with seafood, for seconds I loved seared tuna with caramelized onion and sesame, then tuna with pistachio pesto and several times I also ordered the mixed fry, although I don't eat fried things but they make it so delicate that their fried food never bothered me, I don't know what their secret is but they have a very strong chef !! The desserts are all exceptional, there is plenty of choice and for my personal taste I chose the cheesecake .. super recommended! As for the wines it depends on the period, but I recommend the Falanghina (this year very velvety) and the Coda di volpe (very fruity). HONEST prices, every day they are full so I advise you to always book !!

Per il cibo e la freschezza del pesce meriterebbe 10. La cucina è ottima, nulla di troppo originale, ma gusto eccellente. Da non dimenticare la premura, la professionalità e la simpatia del personale! Consigliato! I don't put 5 stars just for the location! Ho mangiato benissimo e il locale era davvero molto bello anche all'interno, arredato con gusto, elegante e moderno al tempo stesso. Pesce freschissimo e di qualità, prezzi assolutamente nella norma per le materie prime ottime che ci sono state servite. Le linguine all'astice sono una vera chicca.
