★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un primo approccio da 4 stelle ordino la mia pergotenda, appuntamento per stamattina alle 8.30 ma la scala che deve portare i montanti da assemblare non arriva al mio terrazzo, dopo avermi tranquillizzato con varie telefonate e quasi 5 ore di attesa mi dicono che sono costretti a rimandare l appuntamento. La quinta stella la conservavo per la consegna invece mi riprendo anche le altre 4.
Porto la recensione a 3 stelle perché si è presentato uno dei responsabili con una ditta di traslochi diversa dalla precedente (da loro sono nati i problemi), apprezzo il gesto, anche se dovuto, e aspetto la conclusione per un voto definitivo.
Avventura non entusiasmante, tanti tanti soldini spesi per una struttura piena di pecche nate a livello progettuale e concluse con un montaggio discutibile.
After a first 4-star approach, I order my pergotenda, appointment for this morning at 8.30 but the staircase that must lead the uprights to be assembled does not reach my terrace, after having calmed me with various phone calls and almost 5 hours of waiting they tell me that they are forced to postpone the appointment. I kept the fifth star for delivery but I also take back the other 4.
I bring the 3-star review because one of the managers with a moving company different from the previous one has presented himself (the problems arose from them), I appreciate the gesture, even if due, and I await the conclusion for a definitive vote.
An unexciting adventure, lots and lots of pennies spent on a structure full of flaws born at the design level and ended with a questionable assembly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravi solo finché non acquisti promesse e garanzie non certificate che non ci avrebbero abbandonati oggi a soli due anni ho diversi problemi, abbiamo segnalato il problema anche alla dirigenza ma con scarsi risultati, (ah un lavoro di 18000euro pagato anticipatamente)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De Vivo showroom si conferma anche nel post vendita come una ditta estremamente seria. Sono soddisfatto di aver scartato ditte economiche ed aver scelto un'azienda dai prezzi onesti che segue il cliente prima, durante e nel post vendita. Un menzione di merito a Carmen e Davide.
