★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gentile De Stefani, dopo la sua gentile risposta, alla mia precedente valutazione negativa ( 1 stella ), ( dovuta ad una Vs valutazione preventiva di intervento per la mia classe C, che ho ritenuto troppo eccessiva econonomicamente ), ( e altresì, non ho aggiunto una recensione scritta, per non scendere in particolari spiacevoli ) ...............ora, ritengo di rivedere quella valutazione, e mettere in evidenza la Vs serietà aziendale, che valuta in egual misura sia le valutazione positive che quelle negative....onore e rispetto.... sempre..... , devo aggiungere che ho risolto il mio problema recandomi in un' altra Officina,..... ciò non toglie che in una necessità futura, non augurabile, Vi terrò in considerazione. grazie, saluti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per sapere se un pezzo fosse o meno in garanzia ci sono voluti quasi 2 mesi, ho chiamato io ogni settimana il sig. Michael, fino ad oggi, quando mi hanno finalmente dato il ben servito su un fanale vendutomi già usurato e che avevo segnalato sulla classe A usata al momento dell'acquisto. Mi avevano assicurato verbalmente che non era affatto un difetto di guarnizione, invece lo era e il fanale a led si è riempito di acqua e ha smesso di funzionare. Questo mi insegna che ancora una volta la parola data non ha valore per molte persone. Mi aspetto l'atteggiamento da "furbetti" da altre case automobilistiche, non da mercedes. Grande delusione a livello umano, accompagnata da poca serietà e professionalità. Non si ha neppure il coraggio di chiamare il cliente per avvisare. Spero dipenda solo da questa sede e che apportino dei miglioramenti.
Sono curioso di sapere fino a che punto arriva la vostra falsità e se avete anche il coraggio di controbattere alla mia recensione con delle bugie.
To find out if a part was under warranty or not it took almost 2 months, I called Mr every week Michael, until today, when they finally gave me a good serve on a headlight sold already worn and that I had reported on the class A used at the time of purchase. They had verbally assured me that it was not a gasket defect at all, but it was and the led light filled up with water and stopped working. This teaches me that once again the word given has no value for many people. I expect the attitude of "sly" from other car manufacturers, not from Mercedes. Great disappointment on a human level, accompanied by little seriousness and professionalism. You don't even have the courage to call the customer to notify. I hope it only depends on this location and that they make improvements.
