La gente si sente trattata con sufficienza e guardata dall'alto in basso da segretariette assolutamente non all'altezza degli interlocutori, in primis per educazione, che, a mio parere, è la cosa più grave. Questa è ormai la priorità, non il servizio, la cortesia né la professionalità. Dovevo fare un bonifico istantaneo e ho portato con me il laptop: non c’è connessione di alcun tipo, nemmeno sanno cosa sia l’hotspot e si ha l’ardire di commentare così: “Se Lei non è venuta preparata,….”! Fortunatamente mi è venuto in aiuto il venditore col suo cellulare. Mi si dovevano anticipare fattura e copia atto via email. E’ stata inviata solo la fattura, il resto, nemmeno a fronte di solleciti. Anche in questo caso, ho dovuto scomodare oggi il venditore, il quale, gentilmente, ha fotografato le pagine e me le ha inviate via email. Ma che notariato è questo? In Germania si definirebbe un “Saftladen” -se non sapete cosa significa, guardate su google…. Mai viste cose simili, persino dalla Sardegna mi fu inviato in un baleno. Datevi all’ippica che è meglio!
