I live in the United States and so there were several important steps involved in my “bringing it home”. Packaging, export license, plus more were all handled expertly by them. An elaborate custom wood crate was built for my mirror. When I received the mirror there was some damage to it due solely to the freight company mishandling the crate. Francesca at DeMunari never abandoned me. I was supported in every way imaginable by them. They responded to all my emails and paid for the repair. They were instrumental in connecting me to the the Getty Museum were I found a talented restorer to fix it. They really care about their clients and they stand behind the magnificent things they sell.
