Inizi di agosto vado in concessionaria perchè dovevo necessariamente acquistare un'auto dopo che la mia è stata rubata, prendo contatti con un dipendente, il quale mi convince a comprare l'auto Mazda cx-3 usata. Provo l'auto nel piazzale e resto in attesa di provare l'auto all'estero con targa prova. Durante l'attesa più volte contatto il dipendente e mi reco a fare la prova, ogni volta la stessa scusa, la targa prova non c'è e quindi non puoi provarla. Io bonariamente riferisco esplicitamente che ho bisogno dell'auto per recarmi a lavoro ed esplicito di prenderla anche senza prova, l'auto mi piaceva tanto. Nonostante riferisco più volte di voler versare l'acconto il dipendente mi dice non ti preoccupare l'auto sta qua ci vediamo dopo le ferie. Il primo giorno disponibile dopo le ferie mi presento alla concessionaria, l'auto non c'è più, l'hanno venduta mentre erano in ferie. In conclusione mi hanno causato un danno enorme perché confidavo nell'acquisto dell'auto per andare a lavorare e non ho cercato altre auto, mi hanno lasciato bloccato senza preoccuparsi minimamente, mi hanno causato un grosso disagio e ad oggi non ho l'auto per andare a lavoro, l'avrei avuta se non avessi aspettato loro che rientravano dalle ferie, che poi ferie non sono perché l'hanno venduta a mia insaputa proprio durante le ferie.
