C	Cesarina Accorsi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ al pronto soccorso hanno messo alla mia ragazzina un tutore alla gamba troppo grande perchè non ne avevano altri.....sono andata all'officina ortopedica de-lu sono stati gentilissimi e mi hanno aiutato a trovare una migliore soluzione al tutore. grazie per la professionalità dimostrata in the emergency room they put my girl with a leg brace too big because they didn't have others ..... I went to the orthopedic workshop de-lu they were very kind and they helped me find a better solution to the brace. thanks for the professionalism shown
L	Lele Righetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato non si possano dare 0 stelle...Dopo aver provato il prodotto acquistato, pagandolo anche molto caro, torno per spiegare che non ho risolto nulla e mi rispondono semplicemente che di solito nel 90% dei casi viene risolto e che non sanno cosa fare (ma guarda che strano!), quando al momento di vendere mi aveva garantito il contrario...Morale sconsiglio vivamente di rivolgersi a questa sanitaria che solo a parole sono così bravi e professionali come vogliono presentarsi, in realtà non si sono minimamente preoccupati di propormi una soluzione alternativa o provare a cercare un modo per risolvere il problema, ma con totale superficialità mi hanno liquidato, tanto i soldi che ho speso inutilmente se li erano già intascati. In conclusione: PESSIMA ESPERIENZA!! state alla larga da questi..... (addirittura anche il mio ortopedico quando gli ho detto che ero stato da loro, si è messo le mani nei capelli..no comment!) Too bad you can not give 0 stars ... m	monya saragozza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No comment.L anno scorso mi sono rivolta a loro presentandogli la richiesta da parte dell ortopedico di plantari idonei al mio problema,mi hanno preso l impronta del piede e mi hanno detto che ho un piede piatto convesso,mi faccio fare i plantari (spesi 150 euro),dopo due mesi ritorno spiegandogli che non avevo tratto alcun beneficio con i loro plantari anzi avevo ancora più dolore,e loro mi dissero che dovevo farci l abitudine .Ora a distanza di un anno mi sono rivolta in un altro negozio di sanitari ,mi hanno fatto il plantare veramente idoneo al mio piede e il nuovo ortopedico mi ha detto che non ho assolutamente il piede piatto convesso(cosi come avevano detto alla de lu) e finalmente sto bene.Morale ,la carissima de lu adotta sistemi di 100 anni fa per la lettura del piede,ed inoltre a questo punto posso propio confermare non professionali.Andate da altre parti piuttosto,consiglio personale e concreto. No comment.L last year I contacted them presenting the request from the orthopedist for orthotics suitable for my problem, they took my footprint and told me that I have a convex flat foot, I have the orthotics done (spent 150 euros), after two months I return explaining to them that I had not benefited from their insoles in fact I had even more pain, and they told me that I had to get used to them. Now a year later I turned to another health shop , they made me the insole really suitable for my foot and the new orthopedist told me that I have absolutely no convex flat foot (as they had said to the de lu) and I am finally fine.Moral, the dearest de lu adopts systems of 100 years ago for the foot reading, and also at this point I can confirm non-professional. Go elsewhere rather, personal and concrete advice.

Dopo circa una settimana di utilizzo ho percepito un sollievo significativo alla schiena e alla muscolatura di entrambe le gambe, mal sollecitate dai movimenti scorretti dovuti al dolore. Ho potuto sospendere completamente gli antidolorifici e percepisco chiari miglioramenti giorno per giorno. Posso dire di aver ricevuto un’assistenza seria e preparata sia dal Tecnico Ortopedico che ha realizzato i presidi che dalle Titolari che mi hanno seguita con pazienza e competenza. Consigliatissimo!! I turned to DE LU for custom-made orthotics prescribed by the orthopedist, consulted for tendonitis in a knee. After about a week of use I felt a significant relief in the back and the muscles of both legs, badly stressed by incorrect movements due to pain. I have been able to completely stop the painkillers and I am seeing clear improvements day by day. I can say that I received serious and prepared assistance from both the Orthopedic Technician who created the aids and from the Owners who followed me with patience and competence. Highly recommended !!

Staff prepared and very kind and helpful. They made me custom-made orthotics for safety and leisure shoes that healed my feet, legs and back. Shoes are top for your feet too!
