Incuriosito dalle foto che presentava una scelta ampia di carni frollate e la presenza dello stagionatore, mi sono recato sul posto per vedere cosa era disponibile.
Ho acquistato due tipi di carni frollate, la danese e la polacca, entrambe belle marmorizzate con una frollatura di poco più di 20 giorni.
Cotte alla brace mi hanno regalato un sapore mai assaggiato, qualità eccelsa!
Il personale è qualificato ed il locale è stato ristrutturato con buon gusto, presenti anche prodotti scelti della zona

Intrigued by the photos which featured a wide choice of matured meats and the presence of the seasoner, I went to the site to see what was available.
I bought two types of matured meats, the Danish and the Polish, both beautifully marbled with a maturation of just over 20 days.
Cooked on the grill, they gave me a taste I have never tasted, excellent quality!
The staff is qualified and the restaurant has been renovated with good taste, including selected products from the area
