★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno al venerdi prendo un appuntamento telefonico per vedere un auto al lunedì mattino alle 10.30...mi arriva una mail di conferma al sabato e alla domenica sera un altra mail per ricordarmi l'appuntamento del giorno dopo.Al lunedì mattina mi reco nel concessionario di Castelfranco Veneto e le prime parole sono state "l'auto è già stata venduta il sabato "senza un mi dispiace o scusate...e mi dice che ha provato mezzora prima a contattarmi(ero già in macchina per andare all appuntamento' e se non guardiamo il telefono non è colpa sua....SE QUESTA È PROFESSIONALITA...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante le poche auto in esposizione, il salone era pulito, ordinato e ben tenuto. Molto cordiali e professionali sia la ragazza all' ingresso che ci ha accolti, sia il venditore Mattia che ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante il periodo non ottimale per l'acquisto di un'auto nuova, sono riuscito ad ottenere, in circa 2 settimane, quello che mi serviva.
Dopo ottimi consigli del rivenditore, ho optato per una Kia Stonic con impianto gpl e adatta all'uso da parte di neopatentato.
Un grandissimo grazie quindi a Mattia, della filiale di Castelfranco Veneto, che oltre ad avermi consigliato sul modello e sugli eventuali accessori e condizioni assicurative indispensabili, quando ha saputo che mi recavo con i mezzi pubblici per il ritiro dell'auto nuova, ha prima insistito per farmela recapitare a Padova e poi, quando gli ho detto che avrei preferito raggiungere autonomamente Castelfranco Veneto, è venuto a prendermi presso la stazione delle corriere che dista circa 2 km dalla loro sede.

Despite the non-optimal period for buying a new car, I managed to get what I needed in about 2 weeks.
After excellent advice from the dealer, I opted for a Kia Stonic with LPG system and suitable for use by novice drivers.
A big thank you therefore to Mattia, from the branch of Castelfranco Veneto, who in addition to advising me on the model and on any accessories and essential insurance conditions, when he learned that I was going by public transport to collect the new car, he first insisted to have it delivered to Padua and then, when I told him that I would have preferred to reach Castelfranco Veneto independently, he came to pick me up at the bus station which is about 2 km from their headquarters.

Ho acquistato un'auto usata agli inizi di giugno (consegnata con più di 2 settimane di ritardo) e sto ancora aspettando la carta dell'ultimo bollo pagato e le chiavi di scorta che sarebbero dovute arrivare una/due settimane dopo l'acquisto. Nonostante le continue richieste e sollecitazioni le sto ancora aspettando a distanza di 6 mesi. Oltre a questo, al momento dell'acquisto ho dovuto informarmi esternamente presso un altro meccanico, per il chilometraggio a cui andava fatta la cinghia di distribuzione, dal momento che il venditore non ha saputo darmi una risposta. Personale scortese e tutt'altro che disponibile, preparato e professionale. Provvederò a sollecitare per l'ennesima volta, affinché possa venire in possesso delle chiavi, dal momento che se le avessi perse o se dovessi perderle in questo momento sarei fregato. Non dovessi riuscire ad ottenerle darò molto volentieri lavoro alla concorrenza, e a chi sa lavorare in modo professionale e non menefreghista.
Aggiornamento: Dopo 7 mesi sono riuscito ad avere la chiave. Purtroppo è stato necessario toccare l'immagine dell'azienda affinché potessi venirne a capo ed essere ascoltato. Oggi sono stato chiamato dal concessionario affinché andassi ad effettuare la codifica della chiave, la quale mi è stata subito dopo consegnata. In ogni caso l'importante è che in un modo o nell'altro il problema sia stato risolto. Grazie

In addition to this, at the time of purchase I had to inquire externally at another mechanic, for the mileage at which the timing belt had to be made, since the seller could not give me an answer. Rude and anything but helpful, knowledgeable and professional staff. I will try to solicit for the umpteenth time, so that I can get hold of the keys, since if I had lost them or if I had to lose them at this moment I would be screwed. Should I fail to obtain them, I will very gladly give work to the competition, and to those who know how to work professionally and not carelessly.
Update: After 7 months I managed to get the key. Unfortunately, it was necessary to touch the image of the company so that I could understand and be listened to. Today I was called by the dealer to go and code the key, which was immediately delivered to me. In any case, the important thing is that in one way or another the problem has been solved. Thank you

È dotata di un'ampia sala espositiva dove vengono mostrate ai clienti le vetture di varie cilindrate e finiture, alcune possono essere disponibili da subito, altre solo su ordinazione in base alle esigenze del cliente.
Hanno in sede anche un'organizzata officina che effettua i tagliandi o le manutenzioni richieste.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
Noi abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere il venditore Marco. Molto preparato e paziente.
