Pienamente soddisfatto in tutto, prezzo compreso avendo fatto anche altri preventivi altrove, ovviamente lo consiglio soprattutto per la vasta scelta di autovetture disponibili e di diverse Marche, quindi per tutti i gusti. Un ringraziamento particolare ovviamente a Valentino che ci ha seguito in tutti i nostri passi fino alla consegna. Grazie ancora..... Excellent experience, friendliness and professionalism have meant that within 2 weeks I was contacted following an email I sent to request the availability and possible estimate of a 0 km that I had seen on autoscout inserted by them, I went to see her and today I finally took her home. Fully satisfied in everything, including the price, having also made other estimates elsewhere, obviously I recommend it especially for the wide choice of cars available and from different brands, so for all tastes. A special thanks obviously to Valentino who followed us in all our steps until delivery. Thanks again.....

V	Vincenzo Pipolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono costretto a dare un giudizio negativo, perché a febbraio ho usufruito del Service BMW per cambio olio e filtri alla mia auto e al momento del ritiro dell'auto non mi sono accorto che in officina hanno sostituito il mio porta targa posteriore, con uno con tanto di loro pubblicità. Mi sembra una mossa molto scorretta. La cosa proprio non mi é piaciuta! I am forced to give a negative opinion, because in February I used the BMW Service to change the oil and filters of my car and when I collected the car I did not realize that in the workshop they replaced my rear license plate holder, with one with much of their advertising. It seems to me a very bad move. I just didn't like it!

Service dept was professional, did what they said, at the time they said they would do it. Wait time was only a couple of hours and even less then we expected! Car was returned in great condition and we will return in the future. Finally a respectable service center who appreciates their customers. Bravo!
