As always, I rate the order and cleanliness here (every time) to a high standard. The kindness and professionalism in the reception and the workshop staff are remarkable.

Servizio post vendita pessimo, fatto un tagliando da loro ed ecco il risultato:
Liquido refrigerante non rabboccato a seguito cambio pompa acqua.
Asta olio rotta ( l’avevo appena sostituita)
Liquido lavavetri a zero.
Ovviamente in fattura ho pagato liquido tergi e antigelo.
Veramente deluso. Professionalità zero.
The reception is good only when you have to buy.
Bad after sales service, made a coupon from them and here is the result:
Coolant not topped up after water pump change.
Broken oil rod (I had just replaced it)
Zero washer fluid.
Obviously in the invoice I paid wiping liquid and antifreeze.
Really disappointed. Zero professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forse chi mi ha seguito per la pratica non ne aveva molta voglia ma un minimo di cortesia non costa niente...sembrava molto seccato di fare il preventivo...trovata altra concessionara e concluso l'affare con un bravo venditore che mi ha spiegato tutto.
Perhaps those who followed me for the practice did not have much desire but a minimum of courtesy costs nothing ... seemed very annoyed to make the quote ... found another dealer and concluded the deal with a good seller who explained to me all.
