★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio di spedizioni, NON CONSIGLIATO. Assistenza penosa, la chat non funziona e i ticket non si sa che fine fanno ed ovviamente non c'è un numero di telefono.
Quando tutto va bene non ci sono problemi ma attenzione se qualcosa va male e avete bisogno di assistenza vi conviene chiedere il rimborso e affidavi ad un altro corriere
Bad shipping service, NOT RECOMMENDED. Painful assistance, chat does not work and tickets do not know what happens and obviously there is no phone number.
When everything goes well there are no problems but be careful if something goes wrong and you need assistance, you should ask for a refund and entrust another courier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si sono presi per 3 mesi soldi dalla mia postpay per l'esattezza 6,89 due volte al mese senza autorizzazione e senza che io nemmeno sia mai entrata sul loro sito. Vorrei tanto recensire il servizio, ma non so neanche di cosa di occupano. Ho provato a contattarli ma non rispondono, forse lo faranno ad una recensione negativa, cmq a breve li denuncio alla polizia postale e ai carabinieri e così risponderanno a loro.
They took money from my postpay for exactly 6 months, 6.89 twice a month without authorization and without me even entering their site. I would love to review the service, but I don't even know what it takes. I tried to contact them but do not respond, maybe they will do a negative review, cmq short denounce them to the police post and police and so will respond to them.
