Il servizio Eolo è pessimo, problemi di scarsa ricezione, problemi del router, addirittura problemi sul cavo installato dal loro installatore. Per risolvere quest'ultimo mi hanno consigliato di rivolgermi a un'altro elettricista perchè loro non si ricordano chi sia stato a fare il lavoro. Chiamo per avere informazioni su come dare disdetta, mi mettono in attesa 10 minuti, richiamo, negozio chiuso. Top!!
after being a customer for years I decided to give up. The Eolo service is bad, poor reception problems, router problems, even problems on the cable installed by their installer. To solve the latter, I was advised to contact another electrician because they do not remember who was doing the job. I call for information on how to give notice, put me on hold 10 minutes, recall, closed shop. Top!!
