Dopo lauto pagamento in anticipo, hanno iniziato la fornitura con 5 app al giorno, anche nei giorni in cui altri cc o il mio stesso riusciva a trovare pochi app, causa ferie o chiusura delle aziende. Inoltre al telefono si sono spesso negati, la risposta alle mail è stata molta poco reattiva e molto spesso le consistenze dei clienti che fornivano erano inesistenti. So bene quanto sia difficile trovare call center buoni, ma con loro abbiamo toccato il fondo. Lo sconsiglio vivamente. I work a lot with call centers, but worse than this I have a hard time finding any. After paying in advance, they started shipping with 5 apps per day, even on days when other cc's or my own could find few apps, due to holidays or business closures. Moreover, on the phone they were often denied, the response to emails was very unresponsive and very often the consistencies of the customers they provided were non-existent. I know how difficult it is to find good call centers, but with them we have hit rock bottom. I strongly advise against it.

Sono un'autentica TRUFFA !!! inviano appuntamenti inesistenti e la responsabile sig.ra Laura, ammette pure dopo avergli fatto notare notare che sono dei dilettanti, che le operatrici non fanno ciò che gli viene chiesto !!!!! In sintesi una truffa ben organizzata e retribuita in anticipo !!! Posso solo augurare a chi opera così di fallire quanto prima ! I can only confirm the previous messages !! Appuntamenti fissati senza spiegare di cosa si trattasse,senza titolare,arrivano la sera tardi per il giorno seguente. Dopo il terzo appuntamento parlato con la responsabile Laura che mi da ragione da verifica e mi promette che verranno presi come concordato. Mail che testimoniano tutto e oltre a far finta di non ricevere inventano dati assurdi! Decido di non continuare ,mi mancano ancora sette appuntamenti e loro per 2 settimane non rispondono,la mia fortuna è che è tutto dimostrabile non solo dalle mail ma anche dalle attività. Ma tanto loro risponderanno che siamo noi in torto 5 persone con esperienza ventennale che lavorano già con altri 4 call center professionali senza nessun problema. Incapaci di fare il lavoro di cui parlano!evitateli prima di perdere tempo e soldi! Terrifying experience! They propose themselves as professional as they are not! Appointments fixed without explaining what it was, without owner, arrive late in the evening for the following day. After the third appointment I spoke with the manager Laura who gives me reason to verify and promises me that they will be taken as agreed. Mail that testify everything and in addition to pretending not to receive they invent absurd data! I decide not to continue, I still miss seven appointments and they do not answer for 2 weeks, my luck is that it is all demonstrable not only from the emails but also from the activities. But they will reply that we are in the wrong 5 people with twenty years of experience who already work with 4 other professional call centers without any problem. Unable to do the job they talk about! Avoid them before wasting your time and money!
