★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo! sono andato con problema già diagnosticato all Aplle store dei Gigli. Per farmi il check-in della macchina ci hanno messo 40 minuti perche non riuscivano ad entrare nelle loro stesse macchine. ho chiesto un preventivo per fare una cosa specifica e la risposta è sempre stata che dovevo lasciarlo per valutare. Chiedevo se fosse possibile solo dirmi quanto sarebbe costato un cambio di RAM ma niente, avrei dovuto lasciarlo. Al ritiro mi dicono che la diagnosi era corretta per difetto in quanto avrei dovuto cambiare anche la scheda logica per 450 Euro (quindi tutto il computer) oppure pagare 50 Euro per costi di preventivo !!! perche nel contratto piccolino in fondo alla seconda pagina dice che costo minimo laboratorio sono 50 euro ! andate all Aplle store vero, vi faranno diagnosi gratis e sono molto piu competenti e gentili
UPDATE: ho pagato i 50 euro e rispreso il computer. l ho mandato ad un tecnico a Genova, trovato su internet e con 150 euro mi ha rimesso tutto apposto. Scheda logica era OK !!!! c' erano altri problemini in giro. Semplicemente incompetenti
 Very bad! I went with the problem already diagnosed at the Aplle store of Gigli. The machine took 40 minutes to check me in because they couldn't get into their own machines. I asked for a quote to do a specific thing and the answer was always that I had to leave it to evaluate. I was wondering if it was possible to just tell me how much a RAM change would cost but nothing, I should have left it. At the retreat they tell me that the diagnosis was correct by default as I would also have to change the logic board for 450 Euros (so the whole computer) or pay 50 Euros for cost estimates !!! because in the small contract at the bottom of the second page says that minimum laboratory cost is 50 euros! go to the real Aplle store, they will diagnose you for free and are much more competent and kind
UPDATE: I paid the 50 euros and got the computer back. I sent it to a technician in Genoa, found on the internet and with 150 euros put everything back on its heels. Logic card was OK !!!! there were other problems around. Simply incompetent
