★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatta visita oculistica con dott. B......li. Fatti occhiali su sua ricetta. Conclusione: occhiali sbagliati per errata misurazione miopia e astigmatismo. Non mi sono assolutamente trovata bene : inoltre il dottore è decisamente scortese e apatico. Nessuna igienizzazione degli strumenti .
 Made eye examination with dr. B ...... there. Get glasses on his recipe. Conclusion: wrong glasses for wrong measurement of myopia and astigmatism. I was absolutely not happy: moreover the doctor is very rude and apathetic. No sanitizing of instruments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima per quanto riguarda la struttura,indipendentemente dai medici.
Il personale è a dir poco maleducato, e ogni richiesta/domanda viene fatta pesare e considerata come assurda, come il chiedere informazioni per il parcheggio perché troppo piccolo.
Evitate se potete, vi farebbero pagare anche l'aria che respiri
Very bad experience regarding the facility, regardless of doctors.
The staff is rude to say the least, and every request / question is weighed and considered as absurd, such as asking for information for parking because it is too small.
Avoid if you can, they would also charge you for the air you breathe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non classificabile se questo è il servizio dato in gestione dalla Asl che lo riveda perchè non è all'altezza!Sono arrivata e mi è stata richiesta la mia esenzione che la dottoressa aveva già apportato alla richiesta con la scusa che se no nn li pagavano!poi il codice fiscale che le notizie della prestazione erano a sufficienza data nel foglio di riepilogo! Poi si lamentano del cup qui la velocità non è sinonimo di educazione e efficienza! Investite soldi nel pubblico invece di sovvenzionare questi stabili e cmq lo segnalerò anche all'urp ! Che un disabile debba essere messo in agitazione per documenti che già esistono e ci sono è inaccettabile posto da non frequentare! Sorvoliamo sul dottore no comment --
Not classifiable if this is the service managed by the ASL that reviews it because it is not up to par! I arrived and I was asked for my exemption that the doctor had already made to the request with the excuse that if not they would not pay them! then the tax code that the news of the service was sufficiently given in the summary sheet! Then they complain about the cup here, speed is not synonymous with education and efficiency! Invest money in the public instead of subsidizing these buildings and anyway I will also report it to the urp! That a disabled person should be agitated by documents that already exist and are there is an unacceptable place not to attend! Let's fly over the doctor no comment -

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto circa l'8 marzo corrente una visita cardiologica in convenzione usl, compreso l'ecocolordoppler cardiaco, mi sono trovata molto bene con la dottoressa Simona Mangiapia professionista molto preparata e gentile.Gentilissimo anche il personale all'accettazione.
I made a cardiological visit in the USL convention about 8 March, including cardiac ecocolordoppler, I got along very well with Dr. Simona Mangiapia, a professional, very prepared and kind. Also very kind the reception staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza limitata ad una ecografia:referto sbagliato, sono stata richiamata per ritirare quello corretto per mano della segreteria.
Nemmeno dopo l'errore (omissione di un'alterazione vista durante l'eco ma non trascritta) la dottoressa si è preoccupata di spiegare personalmente e chiarire che avrei dovuto fare dei controlli anche a breve termine (tre mesi!!) . Ho dovuto cercarla e chiederle cosa intendesse con quel generico 'da controllare'.... scritto sul referto.
Bad experience limited to an ultrasound: wrong report, I was called back to collect the correct one at the hands of the secretariat.
Not even after the error (omission of an alteration seen during the echo but not transcribed) did the doctor bother to personally explain and clarify that I would have to do some checks even in the short term (three months !!). I had to look for her and ask her what she meant by that generic 'to check' .... written on the report.

I booked an immune test and went I got there I was one of probably 20 people for the same test at the same time! We couldn’t get in due to Covid restrictions so we had to wait outside, when someone from the staff came out they didn’t comunicate at all what was the process and instead they were really annoyed and rude
