Chi ha effettuato il prelievo, ha dimostrato ottima professionalità, spiegandomi con precisione, le tempistiche per il referto. Tuttavia, ho assistito allo sgradevole siparietto, per cui, la persona alla reception smentisse e sminuisse totalmente, la collega prima citata. Credo sia un comportamento assolutamente deleterio, per l' immagine dell' azienda, ed eticamente molto scorretto. I did a molecular swab some time ago. Nonostante chiesi quando arrivava l’esito mi risposero che sarebbe stato assicurato l’invio dell’esito entro 36/48 h. Bene, l’esito é arrivato dopo 56 h e avendo dovuto viaggiare per l’estero, e avendo dovuto sborsare anche costi aggiuntivi per la traduzione in inglese , tutto ciò non mi è servito a nulla, se nonché ho avuto problemi al confine e ho dovuto aspettare l’esito che doveva arrivare ma mai arrivava.
