oggi, 4 settembre sono passata a ritirare la giacca e mi hanno chiesto un’oretta per poter rifare il lavaggio poiché la macchia non é andata via, io sono in partenza quindi non concedo l’opzione e comunque sono 10minuti che aspetto! MORALE: la giacca non solo non é pronta ma é anche ancora macchiata! complimenti!
I phoned in advance and asked if it was possible to leave a stained jacket on Saturday 28th August and collect it on Saturday morning 4th September… they replied that obviously it was possible and that they were “specialized” in removing stains. perfect!
today, September 4th, I went to collect my jacket and they asked me for an hour to be able to do the wash again because the stain has not gone away, I'm leaving so I don't grant the option and in any case I've been waiting for 10 minutes! MORAL: the jacket is not only not ready but is also still stained! compliments!
