L'allenamento che propone è davvero olistico, si concentra sullo sviluppo equilibrato di tutti i muscoli del corpo, come anche di migliorare l'alimentazione di tutti i giorni. Dopo solo pochi mesi vedo già ottimi risultati, mi sento più forte, concentrato e mi piaccio molto di più. Consiglio questo personal trainer a chiunque voglia seriamente dedicarsi a migliorare il suo corpo in modo sicuro e ottimale. I have been working with Daniele for 5 months now, and I feel great. He is highly qualified and professional, as well as friendly and very patient. The training he proposes is truly holistic, it focuses on the balanced development of all the muscles of the body, as well as on improving everyday nutrition. After only a few months I already see excellent results, I feel stronger, more focused and I like myself much more. I recommend this personal trainer to anyone who is serious about improving their body safely and optimally.

Ho iniziato un anno fa un percorso di dimagrimento, perdendo ad oggi 16 chili e mettendo su una bella massa muscolare. Daniele mi ha spronato in questo difficile percorso, dandomi sempre voglia di continuare, modificando gli allenamenti e intensificandoli a seconda delle mie nuove necessità ed esigenze. Un percorso di trasformazione fisica ma anche mentale, visto che c’è da parte di Daniele anche un costante invito ad una corretta alimentazione, senza scorciatoie. I consigli che mi ha dato e la preparazione che ha dimostrato mi hanno portato ogni volta a rinnovare la fiducia riposta in lui. I have had the opportunity to go to Daniele's studio many times, having purchased various packages, and I have always found very high professionalism and preparation. I started a weight loss course a year ago, losing 16 kilos to date and gaining a nice muscle mass. Daniele spurred me on this difficult path, always giving me the desire to continue, modifying the workouts and intensifying them according to my new needs and requirements. Ha un'immensa passione per quello che fa e riesce a trasmetterla. He has an immense passion for what he does and manages to pass it on. After studying my needs, he developed a personalized training plan for me, taught me everything from 0 and gave me lots of indications on how to improve my state of health. I have been training with him for only two months but I have already achieved my first goals without any effort. I've always been very lazy, I hated training I never thought I could follow a similar path. For me the sport was just swimming, martial arts and body flyinig everything else ... boredom. Daniele managed to make me appreciate his work and gave me the right motivation. More than a "sterile review" I am really pleased to share my experience and I take this opportunity to publicly thank him for helping me. Daniele is very competent and tailors the fitness programme not only according to one's goals, but also to one's particular needs (e.g. previous injuries, weaknesses etc). He explains the programme very well, paying particular attention to proper form of the exercises to avoid injury and maximise gains. Daniele is also very likeable and approachable, as well as communicative; I have followed up with many questions over time and he always responds promptly and in an encouraging manner. After having tried several trainers, I recommend Daniele to anyone who is looking for a professional, competent and effective fitness coach with a perfectly tailored programme. He was very knowledgable, friendly and professional. His English was really good and could explain the techniques easily. I really enjoyed training with him in his dedicated studio and he even gave me tips on where to visit in Rome. Highly recommended!
