L	Luca Buono on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venditore impegnato a fare i suoi comodi a telefono parlando con amici..mentre io aspettavo per fare un preventivo..sembra che il suo lavoro non gli piaccia tanto...comunque morale della favola me ne sono andato...perché il venditore non mi ha fatto una buona impressione...con un mercato così ampio non li porto i miei soldi a un cafone.. Per l'amor di Dio non chiedo un pieno anche se una persona che acquista 10.900 € di macchina se lo meriterebbe pure, ma non avete avuto neanche la decenza di mettere 5 euro di benzina per far almeno varcare al cliente il cancello. Fossi in voi mi mortificherei dalla vergogna. Esperienza pessima. SCONSIGLIO!! Andate altrove A week ago I bought a Lancia Ypsilon and what happened was absurd: not even time to get out of the gate that the car stops due to lack of petrol. Aldilà del fare ambiguo e irriverente del venditore ci sono stati modi che un padre di famiglia dovrebbe evitare. Al ritiro dell’Auto una lancia Ypsilon 1,2 a benzina NON CI HANNO MESSO NEMMENO UN EURO DI BENZINA, APPENA USCITI DAL CONCESSIONARIO SI È FERMATA LA MACCHINA. Come diciamo a Pescara se ni sapet fa li svilt ni facet, passo e chiudo. SCONSIGLIO TOTALMENTE, UNA STELLA È ESAGERATA. I went to the dealership with my girlfriend to buy a 0 km car. Beyond the ambiguous and irreverent behavior of the seller, there were ways that a family man should avoid. When the car was picked up, a petrol-powered Ypsilon 1.2 lance DID NOT HAVE NOTHING A EURO OF GASOLINE, AS SOON AS YOU LEFT THE DEALER THE MACHINE STOPPED. As we say in Pescara if ni sapet fa li deve facet, over and out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TOTALLY, ONE STAR IS EXAGGERATED.

Nel mio caso, la macchina usata che ho acquistato aveva un anno di garanzia che purtroppo é servita a poco e nulla !!! Ogni volta che ho avuto problemi con la macchina, son sempre stato liquidato dall'officina con frasi del tipo "sono rumori normali della macchina", "li ha sempre fatti", "tutti i freni é normale che facciano rumore" ecc ecc scaricando così i problemi in modo da far scadere la garanzia. Intanto la macchina é stata nella loro officina diverse volte per intere giornate, facendomi perdere così giorni al lavoro e non risolvendo mai il problema, che in officina CITROEN mi hanno confermato esserci. Problema che ormai dovrò risolvermi da solo e pagando un servizio che doveva essere svolto da loro. Buying the car from a private individual would have been the same thing. Whenever I have had problems with the car, I have always been dismissed by the workshop with phrases such as "these are normal noises of the car", "it has always made them", "all the brakes it is normal for them to make noise" etc. etc. problems so that the warranty expires. Meanwhile the car has been in their workshop several times for whole days, thus making me waste days at work and never solving the problem, which in the CITROEN workshop they confirmed to be there. Problem that by now I will have to solve myself and paying for a service that had to be done by them.
M	Massimo Zecchini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prezzi sono umani . Il meccanico è molto buono, la reception discreta ma il locale appena sufficiente. Non è attrezzato per l'attesa dei clienti. Di questi tempi lo si può anche giustificare. Prices are humane. The mechanic is very good, the reception discreet but the room just sufficient. It is not equipped for waiting customers. It can even be justified these days.

Però devo dire che a parte questo appunto è stata una visita che al 99% ci ha lasciati molto soddisfatti anche dell'accoglienza. Incompetenza totale, macchina presa nuova ad ottobre 2021 ed ho avuto(prima di acquistare la macchina con i venditori incompetenti) e sto avendo (da subito dopo aver acquistato l'auto ad oggi) enormi problemi . Incompetenza totale. Sotto zero ! Other than stars, here we are talking about stables !!! Total incompetence, new car taken in October 2021 and I had (before buying the car with incompetent sellers) and am having (immediately after buying the car to date) huge problems. Total incompetence. Below zero !
