★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fa specie vedere un'azienda di queste dimensioni incassare i soldi per un ricambio pagato anticipatamente e, dopo settimane e settimane di mail, telefonate, telefonate e mail, non ricevere nulla, mettendo in seria difficoltà il cliente proprietario di un autocarro con gru FASSI equipaggiata con verricello Brevini. Ed è probabilmente in linea con la policy aziendale sentirsi rispondere in maniera piccata dal personale addetto nel momento in cui registra la n.c. ed il chiaro stato di disagio manifestato telefonicamente. Ci aspettiamo, almeno, le dovute scuse. Ed ovviamente il ricambio ordinato oppure gli euro già incassati.
 It is strange to see a company of this size collect the money for a prepaid spare part and, after weeks and weeks of emails, phone calls, phone calls and emails, receive nothing, putting the customer who owns a truck with FASSI equipped crane in serious difficulty with Brevini winch. And it is probably in line with company policy to be answered in a piqued manner by the staff in charge when registering the n.c. and the clear state of discomfort expressed by telephone. We expect, at least, the necessary apologies. And obviously the spare parts ordered or the euros already collected.
