★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza in questo store di Crotone. A non accogliermi un uomo di bassa statura e poco sorridente che mi dice buongiorno e se ne rimane tutto il tempo a fare la bella statuina. Lo guardo apposta per vedere se viene in mio aiuto ma nulla, preferisce guardare i passanti attraversare la strada fuori la sua vetrina. Chiedo come mai manchino dei prodotti presenti sul sito e la sua risposta è: La colpa non è mia se non li mandano. Chiedo anche delle notizie sulla composizione del materiale di un blazer e la sua risposta è : A Crotone lo stiamo vendendo molto. ( Non solo ha risposto una cosa assolutamente diversa dalla mia richiesta ma sarebbe stato molto più professionale leggere sull'etichetta la relativa composizione del materiale tipo fresco lana o cotone). Detto questo , nonostante io sia di Crotone , acquisterò questo brand online . A mio avviso non ci si può improvvisare e il personale bisogna sceglierlo accuratamente. A mai più.
Bad experience in this Crotone store. To not welcome me a man of short stature and not very smiling who says hello to me and remains all the time to make the beautiful statue. I look at him on purpose to see if he comes to my aid but nothing, he prefers to watch passersby cross the street outside his window. I ask why the products on the site are missing and his answer is: It's not my fault if they don't send them. I also ask for information on the composition of the material of a blazer and his answer is: In Crotone we are selling it a lot. (Not only did he answer something absolutely different from my request but it would have been much more professional to read on the label the relative composition of the material such as fresh wool or cotton).
