I prodotti saranno anche buoni, ma dopo l'esperienza di acquisto sul loro sito senza ricevere il minimo supporto ed essere addirittura rimbalzata sul loro corriere quando è chiaramente il mittente a doversene occupare, non comprerò mai più da Damiano Spa.
Mi permetto di scrivere questa recensione di fuoco perchè fra i mille acquisti online che effettuo ovunque ogni settimana, questo è quello con il servizio clienti peggiore in assoluto.
Un consiglio: date più importanza al vostro supporto clienti che così non ci siamo proprio!
Bad customer service. I am really disappointed.
The products will also be good, but after the shopping experience on their site without receiving the slightest support and even being bounced on their courier when it is clearly the sender who has to take care of it, I will never buy from Damiano Spa again.
I take the liberty of writing this fire review because of the thousands of online purchases I make everywhere every week, this is the one with the worst customer service ever.
A tip: give more importance to your customer support that we are not really there!
