La prima volta giovedì 01-07 quando dovevo solo ritirare un bracciale (già pagato) e giustamente sono rimasto ad aspettare il mio turno, nonostante mi sia stato chiesto cosa dovessi fare e nonostante fosse una cosa ultrarapida ha continuato a trattare con la signora, quando è arrivato il mio turno ha detto di non avere capito che si trattava dolo di un ritiro. Mia figlia si è dovuta tenere l'anello perché la commessa non si è sprecata più di tanto a darle delle alternative, anzi ho dovuto anche spendere dei soldi per una fedina per evitare che l'anello le scappasse. Noi siamo nel commercio ma non siamo abituati a trattare in questo modo i clienti. Buon lavoro. I do not recommend this shop.
