Arriva il venerdì , il ragazzo con cui avevo ordinato il mulinello non c’era inoltre non aveva lasciato detto nulla neanche agli altri dipendenti del negozio , il mulinello ugualmente non c’era . Ho contattato il proprietario il lunedì gli ho scritto due volte mi ha detto che mi riavrebbe risposto circa una mezz’ora più tardi ,cosa che non ha mai fatto , allora ho aspettato un altro giorno dopo di che l’ho richiamato e appena mi ha riconosciuto mi ha detto: il mulinello non è arrivato , ti consiglio di ordinarlo da un’altra parte . Complimenti per la serietà che mettete nel portare a termine i vostri impegni! E comunque solo per informazione , i soldi miei non li vedranno mai più! E posso garantirvi che ero un cliente molto presente in quel negozio! Made a very urgent order, on Monday, I was told that by Friday it would have reached 99%, so 4 working days. Friday arrives, the guy with whom I had ordered the reel was not there also had not left said nothing even to the other employees of the shop, the reel was not there anyway. I contacted the owner on Monday I wrote to him twice he said he would answer me back about half an hour later, which he never did, so I waited another day after which I called him back and as soon as he got me acknowledged he told me: the reel did not arrive, I advise you to order it elsewhere. Congratulations for the seriousness you put into fulfilling your commitments! And anyway just for information, my money will never see them again! And I can guarantee you that I was a customer very present in that store!

Non rispondono a mail o messaggi whatsapp (visualizza ma non risponde), e per chiamata rispondono ma dicono sempre le stesse cose ovvero che loro non si occupano dei rimborsi, e che a occuparsene sia una loro collaboratrice. Servizio veramente pessimo e non aggiungo altro. The worst site I've ever seen, I bought a rod that was theoretically "available", they canceled the order after 5 days because they couldn't find it and I've been waiting for a refund for almost a month now. They do not respond to emails or whatsapp messages (view but do not answer), and they respond to a call but always say the same things or that they do not take care of refunds, and that their collaborator takes care of them. Really bad service and that's all.

Esperienza pessima, ordinano della merce e mai arrivata neanche e-mail di conferma ne tantomeno la merce stessa, dopo una settimana vedo sul sito ordine annullato, siamo ormai nel 2022 e se non si è in grado di gestire un e-commerce chiudete il sito, per non parlare del servizio clienti, non rispondono alle e-mail, telefono fisso staccato, messaggi su wz visualizzati ma non rispondono mai più vedrete i miei soldi. If I could review without putting even a star I would. Bad experience, they order the goods and never even e-mail confirmation nor the goods themselves, after a week I see the canceled order on the site, we are now in 2022 and if you are not able to manage an e-commerce, close the site not to mention customer service they don't respond to emails, landline off the hook, messages on wz displayed but never respond again you will see my money.

I was looking for an object to use for other purposes and I was completely surprised how huge the choice of all sorts of objects was in this shop, most of them I had never seen before and wouldn't have any idea how to use them. The shop owner is a very friendly person, we had a pleasant chat. It is a little tricky to find the entrance. You can see the building from the 4-line main road, but you have to take the smaller street from the roundabout and then enter where you would thing it leads to a car wash. It does, but behind is the entrance to the other 3-4 shops in a row, last of which is Dama Sport.
