Noi abbiamo preso due specialità della serata. Devo dire che la carbonara era veramente buona e presentata molto bene. Personale gentile e professionale. Unico difetto il calice di prosecco che era veramente di basso livello, e lo si evince anche dalla foto. Se non fosse stato per il prosecco sicuramente meritava cinque stelle. Promosso con riserva. The theme of the evening just spent at Dama Bianca was carbonara and a drink for € 15. As soon as you enter you immediately notice the very well-kept and very well furnished room. We had two specialties of the evening. I must say that the carbonara was really good and presented very well. Polite and professional staff. The only flaw is the glass of prosecco which was really low level, and it can also be seen from the photo. If it hadn't been for prosecco, it certainly deserved five stars. Promoted with reserve.

Abbiamo deciso di passare di nuovo qualche sabato fa, fermandoci con calma per un pranzo e qualche cocktail con la curiosità d assaggiare anche il loro Gin di produzione, purtroppo non dei nostri gusti ma una gran ricerca del prodotto e sapore. Nonostante la situazione la cucina si è resa molto disponibile, facendoci un bel ingresso di 4 tipi diversi di crudi serviti in ordine e da condire a piacimento con ottimo olio locale ed altro. Il resto delle pietanze le abbiamo scelte dal menu, tutto di ottimo sapore e ben abbinati tra di loro, ovviamente con tutti ingredienti freschi. Ottima scelta di vini e liquori e cocktail molto buoni e ben prodotti.Servizio ottimo, sia da parte dei titolari che della cameriera. Despite the situation, the kitchen was very helpful, giving us a nice entrance of 4 different types of raw served in order and to be seasoned as desired with excellent local oil and more. We have chosen the rest of the dishes from the menu, all of excellent flavor and well matched to each other, obviously with all fresh ingredients. Excellent choice of wines and spirits and very good and well produced cocktails. Excellent service, both from the owners and the waitress. Un buon assortimento di pietanze anche vegane!! Ottimo per aperitivi ma anche per cene vere e proprie!!
