Professionalità bassa e cordialità meno.
Si sono presentati a casa mia senza avvisarmi e quindi hanno trovato mia madre di 81 anni che badava ai miei figli.Tratta in inganno con frasi che io ero stato avvisato etc.etc. (assolutamente falso)si sono fatti aprire e hanno portato via la macchina del caffe' senza considerare che avevo ancora tre scatole di cialde.Se questa e' professionalita'.............

Low professionalism and less friendliness.
They showed up at my house without notifying me and then they found my 81-year-old mother looking after my children. Deceived with phrases that I had been warned etc.etc. (absolutely false) they got opened and took away the coffee machine without considering that I still had three boxes of pods. If this is professionalism .............
