★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LASCIATE PERDERE. Putroppo mi sono rivolta a loro perchè consigliata dal mio vetraio. Si fanno pagare in anticipo. La finestra è risultata aprirsi al contrario. Da mesi li inseguo perchè la sistemino, mi sono anche mostrata disponibile ad una soluzione di ripiego che non gli costi il rifacimento del telaio. Il titolare mi aveva detto che avrebbero rimediato ma poi è sparito anche lui.
Ora contestano di non averli avvisati subito (non avendo usato la casa per qualche mese): come se con il passare del tempo le finestre si deteriorassero naturalmente e cambiassero verso di apertura !!!
Morale: Spendete piuttosto di più ma andate da qualcun altro.
LET YOU LOSE. Unfortunately I turned to them because recommended by my glassmaker. They charge in advance. The window was found to open in reverse. For months I have been chasing them to fix it, I have also shown myself available to a makeshift solution that does not cost the frame to be redone. The owner told me they would fix it but then he disappeared too.
Now they dispute that they did not notify them immediately (not having used the house for a few months): as if over time the windows naturally deteriorated and changed towards opening !!!
Moral: Spend more, but go to someone else.
