Abbiamo sollecitato molte volte l'invio di un preventivo per la realizzazione della lapide, ma a seguito di soli impegni verbali abbiamo dovuto ritirare (dopo due mesi) di persona la lapide e farla incidere presso altra azienda. Ma il fatto più grave è che a distanza di 3 mesi dalle somme anticipate siamo stati informati, tramite sollecito di pagamento da parte del Comune, che non erano stati versati gli oneri cimiteriali. L'azienda, dopo innumerevoli telefonate e visite in ufficio, ha riconosciuto il ritardo ma non ha fatto nulla al riguardo. Abbiamo richiesto almeno la restituzione delle somme per procedere autonomamente al pagamento ma non abbiamo ottenuto risposta, abbiamo dovuto quindi versare nuovamente le somme direttamente al Comune.
Metto una stella perché non è possibile dare di meno.
Consiglio di rivolgersi altrove.
Bad personal experience. We have requested many times to send an estimate for the realization of the plaque, but following only verbal commitments we had to collect the plaque in person (after two months) and have it engraved at another company. But the most serious fact is that after 3 months from the advance payments we were informed, by means of a payment reminder from the Municipality, that the cemetery charges had not been paid. The company, after countless phone calls and visits to the office, acknowledged the delay but did nothing about it. We have requested at least the return of the sums to proceed autonomously with the payment but we have not received an answer, we therefore had to pay the sums again directly to the Municipality.
I put a star because it is not possible to give less.
I recommend to go elsewhere.
