Non fornivano indicazioni sulla modalità corretta per richiedere il servizio. Molto poco attenti anche alle norme igienico sanitarie. Mai più. Sono quindi uscito senza nulla in mano per evitare di discutere inutilmente con una persona che non era disposta a svolgere in quel momento il suo lavoro. Vi invito però a verificare quanto indicato dal sito del Bologna Fc e che riporto in seguito: La carta richiesta via web può essere utilizzata subito, anche senza il possesso materiale della tessera, per acquistare abbonamenti e biglietti. In attesa che la tessera sia recapitata a domicilio si potrà utilizzare il tagliando sostitutivo presente nella ricevuta per accedere allo stadio il giorno della partita. Avete perso un cliente! Trovo la porta chiusa ma luci accese, di conseguenza busso. Non era presente nessuno all’interno del locale, quando un ragazzo entra da fuori con atteggiamento indisponente chiedendomi di cosa avessi bisogno. Gli rispondo spiegandogli di cosa avessi bisogno e testuali parole mi dice “Non te le riesco a vendere aspetta 5 minuti che accendo la macchinetta 24 ore”. Un po’ allibito gli dico “ sono sceso di casa senza codice fiscale pensando che per 5 minuti foste ancora aperti, me lo potresti prestare?”. Con estrema scortesia e maleducazione mi risponde “se non hai la tessera sanitaria io non ci posso fare niente”. Detto ciò se ne va con aria estremamente arrogante, e sono andato da un altro, dal momento che non mi ha prescritto il dottore di andare lì. Non ci tornerò. Rudeness no limits!
