Il segreto risiede nel loro stesso nome, poiché non c'è piatto che non sappiano cucinare. Si trova di tutto: dalla pasta fatta in casa con olio extravergine d'oliva, alle fettine di pollo che solo a vedersi viene l'acquolina in bocca! Se chiudo gli occhi sento ancora il gusto dell'insalata di riso fatta solo con prodotti freschi. Girando l'Italia non ho mai assaggiato un'insalata di riso migliore di questa! Stessa storia per la pasta con il pesce spada (in foto) o con il salmone, pasta con i finocchietti e, tra i piatti migliori preparati dal figlio, vi è la pasta alla Montecarlo! Qualità, attenzione a tutti i particolari uniti alla loro saggezza, educazione, simpatia e la loro completa dedizione "all'Arte" del cucinare fanno del Buongustaio un luogo di ristoro obbligatorio per tutti coloro che si trovano a passare da Militello in Val di Catania. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years now and, with the exception of their weekly closing day (Monday), I am fed daily by the Gourmet. The secret lies in their very name, as there is no dish they can't cook. You can find everything: from homemade pasta with extra virgin olive oil, to chicken slices that just make your mouth water! If I close my eyes I can still taste the rice salad made only with fresh products. Traveling around Italy I have never tasted a better rice salad than this! Same story for pasta with swordfish (in the photo) or with salmon, pasta with fennel and, among the best dishes prepared by the son, there is the Montecarlo pasta! Quality, attention to all the details combined with their wisdom, education, friendliness and their complete dedication to the "Art" of cooking make the Gourmet a place of obligatory refreshment for all those who find themselves passing through Militello in Val di Catania.
