Consigliatissimo! Ampio parcheggio e cordialità. Prodotti davvero genuini e a marchio consorzio! È possibile scegliere ed acquistare il Parmigiano tra varie stagionature e grammature in sottovuoto, ricotta fresca, caciotta, burro, salami e uova. Disponibilità di tranci di crudo e altri salumi, mieli, mostarda e altri cibi in vasetto. La proprietaria accoglie i clienti sempre con calore. C'è anche un piccolo spazio esterno coperto per le pronte consumazioni... ci si ritorna sempre volentieri.

It is possible to choose and buy Parmesan from various ages and weights in vacuum, fresh ricotta, caciotta, butter, salami and eggs. Availability of raw steaks and other cured meats, honeys, mustard and other foods in jars. The owner always welcomes customers with warmth. There is also a small covered outdoor area for ready-to-eat drinks ... we always come back willingly.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di fare la visita guidata dove siamo stati seguiti benissimo. Le spiegazioni sono state molto dettagliate anche scendendo particolari tecnici interessanti. Si tratta di un'azienda storica a conduzione familiare e l'accoglienza lo rispecchia in pieno. Assaggio di alcuni prodotti compresi nella visita Formaggi ottimi con possibilità di ordinare online. Stra-consigliato.
We had the pleasure of taking the guided tour where we were very well looked after. The explanations were very detailed even going down interesting technical details. It is a historic family-run business and the welcome fully reflects this. Tasting of some products included in the visit Excellent cheeses with the possibility of ordering online. Stra-recommended.

Réserve la veille au soir, nous avons eu un excellent accueil dans cette maison familiale et la visite par une des employés parlant très bien anglais! La visite est instructive avec la possibilité de prendre des photos et une dégustation bien généreuse ! Nous étions ravis d'apprendre les secrets de fabrication d'un de nos fromages préférés et pour 6€/pers. avons bien profité de cette sortie culturelle et gourmande!
Book the night before, we had a great welcome in this family home and the visit by one of the employees speaking very good English! The visit is informative with the possibility of taking pictures and a very generous tasting! We were delighted to learn the secrets of making one of our favorite cheeses and for 6 € / pers. have enjoyed this cultural and gourmet outing!

Bellissimo caseificio in zona di Langhirano, a conduzione esclusivamente familiare. Il parmigiano che viene prodotto ha un sapore veramente straordinario ma la ricotta fresca è incredibile. Mai sentito niente di simile. Andando con una gita organizzata, ti vengono spiegate, passo per passo, tutte le fasi della lavorazione in modo esaustivo. Ci tornerò sicuramente e consiglio a chiunque voglia di andarci.
Beautiful dairy in the Langhirano area, exclusively family-run. The parmesan that is produced has a truly extraordinary flavor but the fresh ricotta is amazing. Never heard of anything like it. Going with an organized excursion, you are explained, step by step, all the stages of processing in an exhaustive way. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone who wants to go there.

Last minute gebeld gisterenavond en we konden vanochtend al terecht voor een last minute tour. Het was erg informatief en we mochten van dichtbij zien hoe deze mensen werken. Erg bijzonder. We hebben het fijn gehad. Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid! Je kunt proeven en merken dat dit kleine bedrijfje trots is op wat ze doen.
Called last minute last night and we could already go for a last minute tour this morning. It was very informative and we got to see up close how these people work. Very special. We had a great time. Thank you for your hospitality! You can taste and notice that this small business takes pride in what they do.

È una persona saggia, dispensa buoni consigli e merita un particolare ringraziamento per la sua pazienza in un periodo così buio del loro settore. Nonostante il costo delle materie prime sia lievitato, la loro politica di prezzi e qualità è rimasta immutata. Consigliatissimo!
Excellent value for money. The owner served us. He is a wise person, he dispenses good advice and deserves special thanks for his patience in such a dark time in their industry. Although the cost of raw materials has soared, their price and quality policy has remained unchanged. Highly recommended!

We came here with a reservation, prepared to take a tour of the facility and learn a bit more about the parm producing process. We were told that there would be a guide that could lead a tour in English, however that did not seem to be the case. The place was clearly not prepared for tours, especially not in a language other than Italian. That is okay, but it should have been made clear. That was the bad, now the good. The staff was very friendly and did their best to accommodate us even though there were unprepared. They showed us the process as best as they could and allowed us to walk around the facility, ask questions, take photos and gave us plenty of their decilious product to sample. In fact, we ate more than our share. We finished the visit by purchasing 3 separate ages of Parmigiano-Reggiano for an outstanding price. I have a hard time recommending driving way out of your way, as we did to visit, but if you are already in Parma, then the drive is worth it. Plus, this part of the countryside is very pretty.
