M	Martin Marino-Haffner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Appartement ist großartig und gur Schallisoliert. Manko: der dazugehörige Strandabschnitt ist sehr schlecht organisiert. Es gehört immer nur ein Stuhl, ein Sonnenschirm und eine Liege dazu. Das reicht natürlich in keinster Weise. So haben wir mitbekommen, dass Familien ihre gebuchten Plätze niemals nutzen konnten, weil sie von Fremden benutzt wurden und das täglich! Die von uns extra gebuchte zusätzliche Liege hat auch nur 3x von 8Tagen funktioniert, trotz zahlreicher Hinweise an das Strandpersonal durch uns und unsere sehr nette Vermieterin. Doch auch sie war sehr hilflos gegen soooviel Unfähigkeit. In der Stadt ist recht viel los. Es finden sich ausreichend Restaurants und Pubs. Alles in allem gut! The apartment is great and soundproofed. Disadvantage: the beach section that goes with it is very badly organized. You only ever need a chair, a parasol and a lounger. Of course, that's not enough in any way. So we noticed that families could never use their booked places because they were used by strangers and that every day! The extra lounger we booked worked only 3 times out of 8 days, despite numerous references to the beach staff from us and our very nice landlady. But she too was very helpless against sooo much incompetence. There is a lot going on in the city. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs. All in all good!

Freundliches Personal! Top Aussicht ??Waren beim Ersten mal im obersten Stock und die Aussicht war atemberaubend ! Die Appartements auf der Rechten Seite sind schöner da sie etwas anderes aufgebaut sind und somit größer wirken, die auf der rechten Seite sind aber auch toll! Würde wenn ich entscheiden dürften aber nicht den Obersten sondern einen davor wählen da man sonst gar keinen Schatten auf der Terrasse hat! Crazy !! ?We were there in the year it opened and have been thrilled every year! Beautiful building! Completely new and modern! Perfect location! Friendly staff! Top view ??Were on the top floor the first time and the view was breathtaking ! The apartments on the right-hand side are nicer because they have a different structure and thus appear larger, but the ones on the right-hand side are also great! If I were allowed to decide, I would not choose the top one but one in front of it, otherwise there would be no shade on the terrace!

That is the tactic from them on HomeAway. The apartment is dirty, sticky and smells not so good. The area is very nice but the quality of the apartment is 2-3 Stars. I consult you to invest more money in a good apartment from Mrs.Dainese or another place. Remember, the housekeeper is very nice and helpful. And the holidays where also nice in the area.
