★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ho rifatto il guardaroba e dopo qualche giro in alcuni negozi ho preso tutto da Bikerstore. Avevo già comprato degli stivali 2 anni fa. Adesso ho preso giacca, pantaloni, protezioni varie e calze. La titolare mi ha seguito con pazienza e professionalita, illustrandomi le caratteristiche dei capi su cui avevo concentrato il mio interesse, senza forzarmi all'acquisto. Altra cosa positiva che ho riscontrato è stata la disponibilità di tutti gli accessori di cui avevo bisogno. Inoltre dopo averle parlato di guanti da usare in inverno, mi ha fatto provare quelli termici con batteria ricaricabile. Per finire con uno sconto sul costo finale che è sempre gradito. Grazie. P.s. se nel locale ci sono altri clienti e non vi servono subito, prendetelo come segno positivo di attenzione al cliente e di qualità del punto vendita. Se all'ora di pranzo un ristorante è vuoto cosa fate?
Today I redid the wardrobe and after a few visits to some shops I bought everything from Bikerstore. I had already bought some boots 2 years ago. Now I have taken jacket, pants, various protections and socks. The owner followed me with patience and professionalism, illustrating the characteristics of the garments on which I had focused my interest, without forcing me to purchase. Another positive thing I found was the availability of all the accessories I needed. Also after talking to her about gloves to use in winter, she let me try the thermal ones with rechargeable battery. To finish with a discount on the final cost which is always appreciated. Thank you. P.s. if there are other customers in the shop and you don't need them right away, take it as a positive sign of customer care and the quality of the store. If a restaurant is empty at lunchtime, what do you do?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato a comprare un casco, delle ginocchiere, un antipioggia ed una giacca Sabato 2 Aprile. Mi ha atteso il ragazzo ricciolo giovanissimo. Dire che è stato gentile è un insulto. Veramente molto professionale ed attento.
Il fatto che abbiano prezzi comparabili ad Internet è un aspetto che passa in secondo piano per me. La gentilezza e la professionalità dimostrata è quello che per me conta in primis.
I went to buy a helmet, knee pads, a raincoat and a jacket on Saturday 2 April. The young curly boy was waiting for me. To say he was kind is an insult. Really very professional and attentive.
The fact that they have prices comparable to the Internet is an aspect that takes a back seat for me. The kindness and professionalism shown is what counts in the first place for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best motorbike-lovers shop, they offer a wide range of equipment, mainly clothes and helmets. Staff are very helpful and prices are in the normal range. Easy to park nearby (especially if you're driving a bike!).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped on our way back to Switzerland. The shop is a family run business, the owners were accommodating and we were even allowed to take our dog inside. They were quick to help us find helmets we liked. Over all they're professional and friendly people and we we will be back and would definitely recommend this store.
