★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely mixed fish grill and risotto. Nice service, seems popular with locals, not brilliant setting and shame about the non-stop Rolling Stones on the hifi. Also beware the random 10% maggiorazione!

I ate Risotto, Spaghetti (homemade) and Pizza and any of them were more than great! ??
Even the waitress and the waiter were very nice and can speak English as well. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza, pasta & seafood are all top notch here. The service is also on point. Only reason they don't get 5 stars from me is due to the face they don't serve pizza at lunch when they are a pizzeria. I still ate here twice for dinner though!

Situated on the beach front with a beautiful view, Dag has a varied menu of classic Italian dishes (pizza, pasta and fish) that would make anyone happy.
The service is friendly for the most part - it gets quite busy so understandably the waiters are rushed at times. A couple of them had conversational English, which helped us when we had to mention a dietary requirement.
The food is all rustic and delicious, I had the bolognese one time and the carbonara another - both times the pasta was fresh and the sauces rich in flavour.
I ordered the calamari on both visits, which was consistently tender and tasty! It would have been perfect if served with some lemon mayonnaise or tartare sauce.
My dining partner had pizza, which was also good. The dough was on the thicker side and perhaps slightly too much cheese (and we love cheese!).
Full of locals, which is surely a good sign!
Why have I not given 5 stars? The meals didn't blow me away but they were consistent, tasty and up to standard - I would recommend eating here.
