★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'auto (Dacia Sandero) è stata richiesta a metà agosto ed è stata consegnata a gennaio. La finanziaria, due giorni dopo la stipula del contratto, ci ha telefonato dichiarando che non avevamo completato le pratiche. Abbiamo rifiutato di proseguire telefonicamente, abbiamo chiesto qualcosa di scritto che non è mai arrivato. Dalla concessionaria ci è stato invece comunicato che tutto era in regola, ma la finanziaria potrebbe provare a chiedere integrazioni a scopo di lucro. Se così fosse, ritengo poco serio da parte vostra mettere i clienti a contatto con istituti finanziari di tal genere. Avete insistito nel richiedere più volte una recensione e questa è la mia.
The car (Dacia Sandero) was requested in mid-August and was delivered in January. The finance company, two days after the signing of the contract, phoned us stating that we had not completed the paperwork. We refused to continue by phone, we asked for something in writing which never arrived. Instead, the dealership informed us that everything was in order, but the financial company could try to ask for additions for profit. If this were the case, I do not consider it very serious of you to put clients in contact with such financial institutions. You have insisted on requesting a review several times and this is mine.
