Ma ottima è la rosticceria delle crocchette, frittatine ed in particolare gli arancini. Prendo sempre però il calzone di prosciutto cotto e fior di latte. Una tappa fissa, sempre. Abbiamo assaggiato due pezzi di pizza con melanzana alla parmigiana, un panino napoletano e un cattò ripieno. Nonostante avessero un aspetto molto invitante, il gusto non lo era altrettanto, soprattutto perché anche se la signora li aveva riscaldati nel microonde, l’interno era freddo e di conseguenza poco gustoso. A Caserta vanno forti le rosticcerie con pizza a trancio e stuzzicherie fritte, ma non tutte sono all’altezza della fama. Peccato! È venuta meno la qualità dei prodotti forniti, che non sono più quelli di una volta. Caro Tonino, fatti un giro per Caserta e capirai il senso di quello che sto dicendo .
