Al taglio risultava gommosa e difficile da tagliare, la parte centrale completamente bagnata e sottile, i bordi carbonizzati, immangiabili (avevo le dita nere). Conclusione: ho lasciato ovviamente i bordi, con grande rammarico, dato che è la parte che preferisco in una pizza napoletana, e non mi ritengo assolutamente soddisfatta. Se non avessi avuto fame, dopo un'ora di attesa, gliel'avrei mandata indietro e avrei scelto qualcos'altro. I'm talking about my experience, because the taste is clearly personal, but I ordered a pizz ro ciecat and already in the presentation it disappointed me a lot: completely unrelated. When cut it was rubbery and difficult to cut, the central part completely wet and thin, the charred edges, inedible (I had black fingers). Conclusion: I obviously left the edges, with great regret, since it is my favorite part in a Neapolitan pizza, and I am not absolutely satisfied. If I hadn't been hungry, after an hour of waiting, I would have sent it back and I would have chosen something else.

Bills are neever too high, quite often you can get an extra doscount or a small end-of-meal present (coffee or tipical liquor shot).

They even served a cake that we brought from outside for a birthday celebration. Although they have their own cake. Highly recommended!
