★ ★ ★ ★ ★ li ho contattati a giugno per avere un preventivo di una polizza che aveva scadenza i primi di agosto, e la loro risposta è stata la seguente: "Per noi risulta difficile fare un preventivo per agosto, un pò per la tempistica e un pò per questioni tecniche, ma dovremmo almeno sapere quale mezzo assicurare.
Rintracciando la vecchia email la targa segnalata ci risulta sospesa e ad oggi assicurata a nome di un'altra persona e l'attestato di agosto non è ancora visibile. Per cui gradiremmo maggiori informazioni. Grazie. "
Ho mandato il libretto dell'auto, e non si sono più fatti sentire.
Il 2 luglio mando una mail per sollecitare una risposta, alla quale non si sono degnati di rispondere.
Verso la fine di luglio decido di chiamarli, la segretaria dice che in giornata mi fa chiamare dal responsabile.....ad oggi sto aspettando ancora la loro telefonata.
Menomale che non lavorano tutti cosi!!
