Primi particolari e molto gustosi !! Vi consiglio questo posto sia per la cortesia del personale che per la qualità! Se vi piace un leggero piccante dovete prendere i manfricoli alla narnese .. ancora me lì sogno !! Buonissimi! We chose this for the photos we saw of the cutting board .. and it was actually very satisfying! In 3 we took 2 cutting boards .. very good !! First details and very tasty !! I recommend this place both for the courtesy of the staff and for the quality! If you like a light spicy you have to take the manfricoli alla narnese .. I still dream there! Yummy!

Immersa nella Val Nerina, proprio sul ciglio del bellissimo fiume Nera, ci accoglie questo locale che non ha niente di più di un milione di altri, ma il luogo è fatato se hai scarpinato lungo la pista del fiume e sei gelato. Ti accoglie una ragazza bellissima e svelta e una ragazza ai fornelli che fa del tutto per metterti a tuo agio, cucinando quelle cose scritte sulla lavagna, ma fatte bene. Insomma, di ristoranti ne ho visti tanti, ma le 5 stelle vanno tutte alla meraviglia della semplicità delle persone, del cibo e del sapore dei piatti ❤ bravi. Incastonata lungo le gole del Nera, fra il verde lussureggiante e un fiume calmo, insieme ad amici e bambini, abbiamo passato una bella giornata. Il locale ha ampi spazi all'aperto, il menù presenta piatti tipici per tutti i gusti, porzioni abbondanti con prezzi ragionevoli e il servizio è curato con simpatia dalla titolare. Molto consigliato.

Gli ingredienti, ci ha spiegato la.proprietaria, provengono in gran parte da aziende locali e pertanto non sono sempre tutti disponibili (a noi è toccata la sfortuna di gustare l'ultima porzione di ricotta casareccia, avremmo fatto il bis molto volentieri) Atmosfera molto rilassante sulle sponde del fiume di acqua sorgiva abitato da fauna selvatica tuttaltro che infastidita dai viandanti. Tutto preparato al momento (che non è cosa scontata) La proprietaria ha un gran pregio (che i meno avvezzi a viggiare reputano difettio): dice le cose per quello che sono e quindi consiglia quello che davvero vale la.pena di mangiare e bere. Da non perdere l'amaro a fine pasto! In summary -> Quality food at fantastic prices. Di fatto è una vera e propria trattoria, arredata con il gusto semplice che richiede uno spazio a ridosso della superba bellezza della natura. Si mangia 'affacciati' sul fiume, che in questo tratto scorre lento, in compagnia dei germani reali che nuotano in acque dai colori vividi di tutte le tonalità del verde e del l'azzurro. La proprietaria è molto simpatica e di grande competenza, ti fa sentire a casa coccolandoti con il cibo gustoso e creativo della tradizione del territorio. Abbiamo mangiato spezzatino di agnello con carciofi, carpaccio di manzo con scaglie di tartufo, cicoria ripassata e pastiera pugliese. Porzioni abbondanti e ottimo vino bianco della casa, un grechetto. Prezzi eccezionali! Da oggi sarà uno dei nostri posti del cuore e ci torneremo spesso...ma non siamo gelosi, e ve lo consigliamo vivamente Poetic refreshment point on the path of the Nera gorges, near Narni. In fact it is a real trattoria, furnished with the simple taste that requires a space close to the superb beauty of nature. You eat 'overlooking' the river, which in this stretch flows slowly, in the company of mallards who swim in vividly colored waters of all shades of green and blue. The owner is very nice and highly competent, she makes you feel at home pampering you with the tasty and creative food of the local tradition. We ate lamb stew with artichokes, beef carpaccio with truffle flakes, sautéed chicory and Pugliese pastiera. Generous portions and excellent house white wine, a grechetto. Exceptional prices! From today it will be one of our favorite places and we will return often ... but we are not jealous, and we highly recommend it
