Il format di utilizzo di ogni parte del pesce, frattaglie, testa ecc è eccezionale, rovinato un po' dal servizio, ottimo da parte della ragazza che ci ha servito (probabilmente la maître?) con esaustive spiegazioni dei piatti, meno dalla collega.
Consigliato per un pranzo o una cena di pesce differenti??
I had a great time, TOP experience with the tasting menu at 90 €. The format of use of each part of the fish, offal, head, etc. is exceptional, spoiled a little by the service, excellent from the girl who served us (probably the maître?) With exhaustive explanations of the dishes, less from the colleague.
Recommended for a different fish lunch or dinner??

The chef is the talented Jacopo, already a pro despite the young age. He will become a master chef soon.
His signature food is incredibly tasty dry aged fish raw or cooked on coals.
You will also find many more delicious recipes. Don’t miss grilled bone marrow with oysters (seriously).
Gran finale with a perfect Maritozzo, the quintessential Italian dessert.
I recommend ordering the sharing menu, great food and unforgettable experience.
Great wine list with many natural wines.
Expensive just as any great fish gourmet restaurant should be.
Definitely worth the trip, even if you don’t like Rimini.
