★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Materie prime di scarsa qualità, totale disinteresse per le richieste del cliente (nonostante sia andata a spiegarmi persona, abbia inviato foto e telefonato), mancanza di gusto estetico e grammaticale (scritte sproporzionate e mal posizionate nello spazio, uso imbarazzante di stampatello e corsivo nella stessa frase), arroganza, presunzione e maleducazione totale: sono stata bloccata su WhatsApp non appena mi sia permessa di dire educatamente che la torta ritirata non rispettasse le mie richieste e chiedendo se si potesse sistemare almeno la scritta.
Quando ho tentato di chiamare non mi hanno nemmeno più risposto: nessuna professionalità!!
Costo eccessivo e non giustificato.
Ho portato la torta da un altro gentilissimo pasticcere che ha salvato la situazione: è rimasto sconcertato per le materie prime utilizzate, la scritta ed il fatto che la stessa si stava sciogliendo per un errato accostamento di materiali.
Metto una stella solo perchè mi viene imposto dal sistema, sconsiglio assolutamente!!!
Poor quality raw materials, total lack of interest in customer requests (despite the fact that she went to explain to me in person, sent photos and phoned), lack of aesthetic and grammatical taste (disproportionate and badly positioned writings in space, embarrassing use of block letters and italics in the same sentence), arrogance, presumption and total rudeness: I was blocked on WhatsApp as soon as I was allowed to politely say that the withdrawn cake did not respect my requests and asking if at least the writing could be fixed.
When I tried to call they never even answered me again: no professionalism !!
Excessive and unjustified cost.
I took the cake to another very kind pastry chef who saved the situation: he was disconcerted by the raw materials used, the writing and the fact that it was melting due to an incorrect combination of materials.
I put a star only because it is imposed on me by the system, I absolutely do not recommend !!!
