★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se voglio mangiare un buono stocco a vibo, vado sempre da bartolo, il locale è caratteristico, con muri in pietra a vista, e sui muri vi sono appesi, gli attrezzi di una volta, dei contadini ... L'ambiente è accogliente, anche se personalmente mi piacerebbe che fosse più illuminato... Ho mangiato uno stocco al sugo, cucinato davvero bene, la "carne" non era straccotta, e il sapore andava più sul dolce che sul salato, questo fa comprendere che c'è una buona lavorazione del pesce, per dissalarlo più possibile. Ottimi e caserecci sono i primi piatti, e da provare è l'antipasto, con ricottina ancora tiepida le cicorie selvatiche, il fiore di zucca fritto i fagioli in umido il pomodoro gratinato e la polpetta di melanzana. L'ambiente è piacevolmente pulito, e vi è una buona scelta di vini in bottiglia

The atmosphere is welcoming, even if personally I would like it to be more enlightened ... I ate a stockfish sauce, cooked really well, the "meat" was not overcooked, and the taste was more sweet than salty, which suggests that there is a good fish processing, to desalinate it as much as possible. The first courses are excellent and home-made, and the antipasto is a must, with wild chicory, ricotta flower, beans stewed, tomato gratin and aubergine meatball. The environment is pleasantly clean, and there is a good selection of bottled wines

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In viaggio di rientro abbiamo deciso di fermarci uscendo dall'autostrada e, nonostante l'orario tardo, il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha accolto . Ho assaggiato un ragù che mi ha commosso. Buonissimo. Non posso che consigliarlo!

Location con molti posti a sedere (quindi si riesce a trovare un tavolo tranquillamente).
Menù molto ampio con piatti tipici e prodotti locali.
Carne davvero eccezionale ma una menzione particolare la meritano anche i fileja, davvero squisiti!
Antipasti da assaggiare perchè ricchi di piatti casarecci che hanno un sapore autentico.
Costo irrisorio rispetto alla quantità e la qualità del cibo.
Personale gentile e cordiale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se volete assaggiare dei paccheri allo stocco saporiti, passate da Bartolo. Io e il mio ragazzo siamo clienti di vecchia data. L'altro giorno, abbiamo pranzato al volo in questo bel ristorante. Rimarrete affascinati già dal punto di vista visivo, perché il proprietario ha restaurato un vecchio casolare lasciando tanti dettagli che possono ricordare i tempi passati, vi sembrerà di viaggiare indietro nel tempo. Passando ai piatti, in genere prendiamo un antipasto completo (buonissimo), ma quel giorno ci siamo orientati su delle ricottine e le bracioline di carne(che vi consiglio vivamente). Il primo: "Paccheri alla Ciacio" uno dei piatti forti della location, con stocco, pomodorini, olive e capperi; ve lo consiglio. Anche la carne è molto buona, così come la pizza.
Quel giorno abbiamo assaggiato un vino locale (non era il caso prendere una bottiglia a pranzo?) che abbiamo apprezzato molto.
Prezzi onesti.
Consigliatissimo.
If you want to taste some tasty paccheri allo stocco, go to Bartolo's. My boyfriend and I are longtime customers. The other day, we had a quick lunch at this nice restaurant. You will be fascinated from the visual point of view, because the owner has restored an old farmhouse leaving many details that can remind you of the past, you will feel like traveling back in time. Moving on to the dishes, we usually take a complete appetizer (very good), but that day we focused on ricotta and meat chops (which I highly recommend). The first: "Paccheri alla Ciacio" one of the main dishes of the location, with stocco, cherry tomatoes, olives and capers; I recommend it. The meat is also very good, as is the pizza.
That day we tasted a local wine (it was not a good idea to take a bottle for lunch?) which we really enjoyed.
Honest prices.
Highly recommended.
