G	Giuliano D'Ambrosi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato a cena in questa casa, per l'occasione trasformata in ristorante, e devo dire che, dopo un primo momento di spiazzamento, mi sono trovato benissimo. Lo spiazzamento è dovuto al fatto che, abituato all'atmosfera e all'ambiente del classico ristorante, mi sono trovato seduto allo stesso tavolo con 7 estranei, 5 ospiti come me, più i due proprietari/gestori. Dopo qualche minuto, però, complice la calda accoglienza e la spontaneità dell'approccio, ci siamo trovati a parlare del più e del meno, come se ci conoscessimo da tanto tempo. Tra una chiacchiera e l'altra, arrivavano in tavola i piatti preparati amorevolmente da Barbara, semplici, schietti e saporiti, evocativi delle mie cene in famiglia. Per 20 euro si poteva scegliere tra menù di carne o vegetariano: io ho optato per il secondo ed ho mangiato un antipasto a base di una mousse di melanzane e patate, un primo di spaetzle (gnocchetti tipici del Trentino-Alto Adige, regione nativa di Barbara), poi involtini di verza e funghi porcini, deliziosi. Per finire, una curiosa torta al cioccolato e vino rosso, speziata con il chiodo di garofano. Vino locale a piacere, acqua del rubinetto (buona) e caffè. Tutto buono, dalle pietanze all'accoglienza e, non ultima, la compagnia che spero di ritrovare in altre occasioni. Una precisazione: il "ristorante in casa" funziona solo su prenotazione in certe date, non c'è un orario di apertura ne', tanto meno, un'insegna sulla strada. I went to dinner in this house, for the occasion turned into a restaurant, and I must say that, after an initial moment of crowding out, I had a great time. The displacement is due to the fact that, accustomed to the atmosphere and the environment of the classic restaurant, I found myself sitting at the same table with 7 strangers, 5 guests like me, plus the two owners / managers. After a few minutes, however, thanks to the warm welcome and spontaneity of the approach, we found ourselves talking about this and that, as if we had known each other for a long time. Between a chat and the other, the dishes lovingly prepared by Barbara arrived, simple, honest and tasty, evocative of my family dinners. For 20 euros you could choose between a menu of meat or vegetarian: I opted for the second and I ate an appetizer based on an aubergine and potato mousse, a first of spaetzle (gnocchi typical of Trentino-Alto Adige, native region of Barbara), then cabbage rolls and porcini mushrooms, delicious. Finally, a curious chocolate and red wine cake, spiced with clove. Local wine to taste, tap water (good) and coffee. All good, from dishes to hospitality and, last but not least, the company that I hope to find again on other occasions. A clarification: the "in house restaurant" only works by reservation on certain dates, there is no opening time nor, much less, a sign on the road.

Esperienza da ripetere grazie anche alla fantastica ospitalità dei proprietari Giuliano e Barbara...Superconsigliata anche la passeggiata tra i magnifici colori del Carso assieme alla simpatica asinella Nina!!! Day spent among a wonderful landscape, dear friends, excellent cuisine and a truly relaxing family atmosphere. Experience to be repeated thanks also to the fantastic hospitality of the owners Giuliano and Barbara ... The walk among the magnificent colors of the Karst together with the nice donkey Nina is also highly recommended !!!

I miei due cagnolini sono stati accolti in casa insieme ai gatti dei proprietari Barbara e Giuliano. Senz'altro una piacevole esperienza da rifare! Homemade food, from bread to ravioli, family and hospitable atmosphere. My two dogs were welcomed into the house together with the cats of the owners Barbara and Giuliano. Definitely a pleasant experience to be redone!

Tre ore di camminata nei splendidi colori del carso con Giuliano e la sua simpaticissima asina Nina,per finire..un ottimo pranzo dai sapori semplici e rustici dall'antipasto al dolce che ci ha cucinato Barbara! Suo cavallo di battaglia i ravioli in tt le sue forme e gusti! Sembrava di conoscerci da sempre! Bellissima esperienza! Grazie per la super ospitalità! Già pronti per la prossima volta! Consigliatissimo per chi vuole provare una "formula"diversa di convivialità! Fantastic day! Three hours of walking in the beautiful colors of the Karst with Giuliano and his very nice donkey Nina, to finish .. an excellent lunch with simple and rustic flavors from the appetizer to the dessert that Barbara cooked for us! His workhorse ravioli in all its forms and tastes! It seemed to have known us forever! Beautiful experience! Thanks for the super hospitality! Ready for next time! Highly recommended for those who want to try a different "formula" of conviviality!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene anche con gli altri ospiti, cosa non scontata in un contesto come quello dell' home restaurant. Il menù semplice ma cucinato divinamente dalle abili mani di Barbara. Molto accorta verso allergie e scelte alimentari. Esperienza assolutamente positiva! Dimenticavo una piccola nota per Nina, asina molto dolce e coccolona =) The evening was really pleasant, Barbara and Giuliano are two wonderful and easy-going people. We also found ourselves very well with the other guests, something not obvious in a context like that of the home restaurant. The simple menu but divinely cooked by Barbara's skilled hands. Very wary of allergies and food choices. Absolutely positive experience! I forgot a little note for Nina, a very sweet and cuddly donkey =)
