★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovendo effettuare dei lavori di ampliamento e ristrutturazione nel mio appartamento, mi sono affidato all'Impresa D.F. Costruzioni, la cui esperienza definire negativa è riduttivo. A parte alcune problematiche sorte durante l'esecuzione dei lavori, il peggio è arrivato con la "sorpresa" finale: oltre l'importo stabilito (ed accettato) in preventivo e quello pattuito per lavori non preventivati, alla fine mi ha presentato un conto che superava di oltre il 60% quello concordato. Ho pagato perchè non sono avvezzo alle controversie legali, ma ho imparato che di personaggi del genere non bisogna mai fidarsi e, possibilmente, meglio non averci a che fare

Apart from some problems that arose during the execution of the works, the worst came with the final "surprise": in addition to the amount established (and accepted) in the estimate and that agreed for unscheduled works, in the end he presented me with an account that more than 60% of what was agreed. I paid because I'm not accustomed to legal disputes, but I learned that such characters should never be trusted and, possibly, better not to deal with them
