Stefania è professionale e preparata, con lei siamo riusciti ad organizzare ogni dettaglio a nostro gusto e con attenzione al portafogli (il che non guasta!). Patrizio veramente attento e pignolo, bravissimo nel montaggio dei mobili. Anche nell'errore (che ci può stare quando si lavora...) hanno saputo venirci incontro e accontentarci. Che altro dire, è stato un incontro davvero fortunato! Sicuramente sapremo a chi rivolgerci per i nostri futuri acquisti! This family-run company is a super team that accompanied us in the choice of furniture for the whole house. Stefania is professional and prepared, with her we were able to organize every detail to our taste and with attention to the wallet (which doesn't hurt!). Patrizio really attentive and fussy, very good at assembling furniture. Even in the error (which can be there when you work ...) they have been able to meet us and satisfy us. What else to say, it was a really lucky meeting! We will certainly know who to contact for our future purchases!

Trovandosi dall'altra parte della città ero indeciso se andarlo ad acquistare. Andando al negozio ho trovato una freddezza nei rapporti con il cliente, un sorriso in più non guasta mai, e una poca disponibilità e gentilezza. Chiedendo uno sconticino visti i km percorsi, la signora mi ha risposto che già mi aveva fatto lo sconto in quanto il tavolo era stato aggiornato a 400 euro. Quando invece lo stesso lo avevo trovato già a 370. Non avendo trovato nessuna disponibilità da parte dell'azienda sicuramente non ritornarnerò e non consiglierò ad amici. A volte per 20 euro di sconto che avevo chiesto, si perdono i clienti e la possibilità di incrementare le vendite.
