★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se non sbaglio è l'agenzia che si occupa delle luci al cimitero. Sono andato per una variazione sul contratto. Persona gentilissima. Il GPS mi dava il civico più avanti .
If I'm not mistaken, it's the agency that takes care of the lights in the cemetery. I went for a change on the contract. Very kind person. The GPS gave me the street number ahead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in data odierna a pagare la fornitura elettrica relativa alle tombe dei miei parenti site nel Cimitero di Staglieno, ma purtroppo non sono riuscito ad effettuare il pagamento in quanto l'ufficio non ha in dotazione lo strumento per pagare con il Bancomat. Nell'anno 2019, quasi 2020 mi sembrerebbe normale adottare anche questo metodo di pagamento.
I went today to pay for the electricity supply for the graves of my relatives in the Staglieno Cemetery, but unfortunately I was unable to make the payment because the office does not have the tool to pay with an ATM. In the year 2019, almost 2020 it would seem normal to me also to adopt this method of payment.

Not received payment slip (only way to pay) during the pandemic, nevertheless the company stopped cemetery lighting forcing me to pay for a new electricity connection

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovo incredibile che nel 2021 per delle utenze da pagare a scadenza fissa annuale, si sia obbligati a ricevere a casa bollettini postali (con tanto di addebito del costo di spedizione) e non si possa fare una domiciliazione bancaria. Per altro il pagamento tramite altri mezzi (bonifico, CBILL, MAV, ecc.) mi hanno confermato telefonicamente che non è proprio previsto... sembra di essere fermi al secolo scorso.
I find it incredible that in 2021, for utilities to be paid on a fixed annual basis, we are obliged to receive postal bills at home (with a charge for shipping costs) and we cannot make a bank domiciliation. On the other hand, payment by other means (bank transfer, CBILL, MAV, etc.) confirmed to me by telephone that it is not really expected ... it seems to be stuck in the last century.

Orari di front office un po' brevi.
Una lamentela voglio sollevarla circa in merito alle condizioni del contratto:
Una parente non residente a Genova e che ormai frequenta molto raramente il cimitero, ha trovato staccate le forniture.
Forse non ha ricevuto il bollettino per il pagamento annuale, forose ha dimenticato di pagarlo, di certo è che il servizio e cessato e per riattivarlo e richiesto abbastanza ingente.
Magari avrebbero potuto mandare un solleito
